Welcome to Balance Street Health Centre.

We now offer video call consultations on Sunday Mornings! This may be useful for patients that are unable to make appointments during the week. For more information please speak to a member of the reception team or go to "Clinics and Services" and choose "Q Doctor"

We currrently have a vacancy for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner! Please see the vacancies tab for more information.

Our next Staff Training Day is 9th April 2019. The practice will close from 1:30. Dispensary will be closed from 1:30-4:30.

Conference Room Hire

conference_room1.jpgBalance Street Health Centre offers a great location for all your conference, training and meeting room needs.

The conference room is set up on the third floor of the Health Centre, which is conveniently situated within easy reach of the A50 and walking distance of Uttoxeter train station (click here for map)

Our flexible conference room can take up to 20 delegates in theatre style, or up to 12 delegates with boardroom layout.

We also have a comfortable coffee, break-out area as well as a great outside roof terrace for coffee/tea, when weather permits.

Hire Costs

  • Full day (08:30 – 17:00) £150
  • Half day (4 hours up till 19:50) £80
  • Extension to full day (till 19:00) £30

Per delegate:-

Tea/coffee/water/biscuits £2.50

Buffet

option 1 £6.00

Option 2 £10.00

  • Option 1 – simple selection of sandwiches and crisps
  • Option 2 – selection of sandwiches/ savouries/crisps and cakes

You will also have free use of WiFi, as well as a projector, screen, flipchart, pad for flipchart and pens

Balance Street Health Centre is adjacent to a council car park where ample parking is available. There are disabled parking spaces at the front of the building. A ramp and lift are available to allow easy access to the conference room for disabled delegates.
